He was predeceased by: his spouse Peggy Ann Glass Burden; his parents, Robert Cletus Burden and Dorothy L. Finley Burden; and his siblings, Dallas Burden and Edith Rheams.
He is survived by: his children, Robbin Webb (Todd) of Priceville, KY, Carol Hensley (Barry), Lara Priddy (Jody) and Troy Burden (Renee) of Monroe, KY; and his siblings, Chesley Burden of Henry County, Willard Burden of Bullitt County, Geneva Kidd of Bullitt County, Marie Pettijohn of Bullitt County, Betty Cupp of Bullitt County and Mary Davis of Bullitt County. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
