He is survived by: his son Elliott Matthew Hale; his siblings, Brent Hale (Rebecca) and Kayleeann Embry (Bobby); his half-sister Autumn Hale; and his grandparents, Everett and Louann Hale. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews, 8 aunts and uncles; and several other family members.
