He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Skaggs and Anna Mae Etherton Skaggs; his son Mark; his grandson D. J. Brower; his siblings, Flora Alvey and Charles Skaggs; and his half-sister Rebecca Biselt.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Warder Skaggs; his son Bobby Skaggs (Angel); his grandchildren, Bobby (Lexie), Chrystian, Trystan, Mylan, Nickolas and Alex; his great grandchild Colston; and his siblings, Danny Skaggs (Cindy), Brenda Skaggs, Imogene Skaggs, Youvetta Skaggs and Patsy Self.
