He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Stewart, Jr. and Flossie Smith Stewart; and his wife June Taylor Stewart. He is survived by: his daughter Marcia Dasilva (John) of Melbourne, FL; his grandsons, Jeremy Bratcher (Ashley) of Bluffton, SC and Josh Bratcher (Andrea) of Lextington; his close friend Barbara Kerr Hood; and his friends, Ova Dean Smith and Loretta Puckett.
