She was predeceased by: her parents, Williams Spencer "Jack" Butler and Verda Roberts Mills; her stepfather Alec Glen Mills; her brother Glenn Frank Mills; her uncles, Frank Roberts, Robert Roberts and German Butler; her brother-in-law Bishop Montgomery; and her nephew Patrick Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Rosalyn Elizabeth Reed, Karen Reed, Carla Faye Thornton (Tony), Thomas Reed (Chris) of Louisville, KY, Danny Reed of Louisville, KY, Steven Reed (Nikkie) of Louisville, KY and Broderick Reed of Louisville, KY; her siblings, Grace Faye Montgomery of Cleveland, OH and Jack Butler (Cynthia) of Durham, NC; and her siblings-in-law, Allen Thornton (Ann) of Louisville, KY, Edward "Cookie" Ford, Patsy Ann Richardson of Horse Cave, KY and Mary Mills Turner of Munfordville, KY. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
