She is survived by: her husband Ricky Adcock; her daughters, Ashley Adcock of Munfordville, KY and Misty Dawn Jones (Anthony) of Munfordville, KY; her granddaughter Paisley Matthews of Munfordville, KY; and her siblings, Stephanie Riley of Campbellsville, KY, Jerry Carwile (Kathy) of Breckinridge County, KY and Bryan Carwile (Stephanie) of Breckinridge County, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many special friends.
