He is survived by: his children, Anthony "A. J.", Renee Garner (John) of Bonnieville, Stephanie Slaughter (Rick) of Horse Cave and Brittany Nicole Wilson of Munfordville; and his grandchildren, Robin Rutledge (Jacob), Carlee Wilson, Brody Garner, Collins Garner, Clyde Slaughter, Scarlett Slaughter, Paisley Carmicle and Audrey Slaughter.
The family has requested that memorial contributions be given to the Hart County Band, 10722 N. Jackson Hwy., Magnolia, KY 42757 or to St. Judes.
