He was predeceased by: his mother Debbie Puckett Jaggers. He is survived by: his wife Amanda; his children, Ethan Puckett of Leitchfield, Dalton Puckett of Leitchfield and Caitlyn Puckett (Dalton Newton) of Leitchfield; his stepdaughter Elizabeth (Devon Higdon) of Leitchfield; his father Albert Jaggers of Munfordville; his sisters, Crystal Brooks (Larry) of Priceville and Angela Jaggers of Munfordville; and his grandmother Juanita Jaggers of Munfordville. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family request that memorial donations be given to the funeral home to assist with the funeral expenses.
