She is survived by: her husband Steven Allen Hickok; her daughter Shawna Bourne (Tom); her grandchildren, Caleb Bourne, Elliott Bourne and Avery Bourne; her niece Paulette Ferrier (Dustin); her great-niece Trese; and her great-nephew Quentin.
