He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Ervin and Dessie Pearl Basham (Wells); his wife Hazel Basham; and his son-in-law Robbie Weaver. He is survived by: his daughters, Montina Weaver, Bridget Glass (Rob), Tandy "Mousie" Bagley (Dave) and Scarlet Quillen (Jason); his grandchildren, Allan Thomas Basham, Dida "Doolittle" Fritz, Dessie, Lila "Monk" Weaver, Brea, Bagley, Anastasia "Missy" Basham and Sierra "Moga" Quillen; his great grandchildren, Kyran, Kayli, Korbyn, Kordelia Basham and Willow "Spud" Rose Gene Cundiff; and his sisters, Ruth Ann Proctor and Wanda Pearl Shellner.
