He was predeceased by: his mother Viola Allen Hollan; and his son Nathan Allen. He is survived by: his wife Betty Murer Allen; his daughter Rosana Russell of Rowdy, KY; his brothers, Shelby Hughes, Aaron Hughes of Clay City, KY, Gary Hughes, Mark Hollan and Matthew Hollan of Harlan, KY; and his grandchildren, Natalya Allen, Bradley Allen, Casey Allen, Byron Allen, Lee Russell and Emily Holley. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.
