She is survived by: her husband Julius Roark of Mozelle, KY.; her daughters, Julie Roberts (Doug), Teresa Roberts (Jerry), Monica Jackson (Shawn) and Stacey Rodriquez (Anthony); her grandchildren, Shannon Roberts, Crystal, Darrell Roberts, Bree, Kendra Bailey, Kelly Roberts, Taylor Jackson, Cody Jackson, Kelsey Rodriquez and Julian Rodriquez; her great grandchild Bailey; her brothers, Jim Hoskins (Shirley) and Doyle Hoskins (Barb); and also, McKenzie Washburn, Alex Washburn, Taylor Washburn and Evelyn Jane Washburn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other family members and friends.
