He is survived by: his wife Joann Hunt Cantrell; his sons, Kevin Cantrell (Kieu Dinh) of Huntington, WV and Jeremy Kyle Cantrell (Amber) of Mouthcard; his siblings, Lonnie Gene Cantrell Cantrell (Kathleen) of Richmond and Nancy Taylor (James) of Sevierville; and his grandchildren, Jayce, Annabelle, Kyleigh and Abram.
