He is survived by: his daughters, Kristina Mackamuel (Scott) of San Diego, CA, Betsy Lilly of Morganton, NC and Tori Pearse of Dearborn Heights, MI; his grandson Noah Lilly; his siblings, John Lilly, Jr. of Holladay, TN, Michael Lilly of Holladay, TN, Randall Johnson of Greensboro, NC, Shaun Berbert of Muffreesboro, TN and Mitzi Gail Irick of Lick Creek, KY; and his brother-in-law Todd Irick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
