She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldo Bernard Stark and Mary Henrietta Sprow Stark; her husband Randall Williams; and her siblings, Harry, Junior Leonard Stark and Alberta Merz.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Randall Williams (Jessica) of Mouthcard; her grandchild Meranda Ramey (David) of Elkhorn City; her siblings, Lynn Stark (Diana) of Defiance and Barbara Zachrich of Defiance; her grandchildren, Jodi, Jacob, Joseph, Luke, Jessilyn Courtlyn, Maleigh and Casen; and her great grandchildren, Torri, Xavier, Jocelynn and Averie.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel (112 Elkhorn St, Elkhorn City, KY 41522). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM.
