She is survived by: her children, Hurley Dewayne Mullins of Mouthcard and Heather Ramey (Mark) of Mouthcard; her siblings, Edward Akers of Elkhorn City, Rodney Akers of Pikeville and Judy Kinney of Pikeville; her grandchildren, Haley Ramey, Hannah Ramey, Dylan Bishop, Daycha Shortridge, Tasha Ratliff, Michael Baker and Brian Slone; and her great grandchildren, Saylor Bishop, Chloe Baker and Kylee Justice.
