He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Keene and Cora Keene; his great grandchild Jayme Tyler Stanley; and his siblings, Joseph Jr., Mack, Robert, Scott, Gertrude, Sue, Helen, Jean, Claire and Imel.
He is survived by: his wife Bea; his children, Phillip of Feds Creek, William Brett (Tyan) of Pikeville and Tammy Reynolds (Greg) of Virginia Beach; his grandchildren, Shellie Looney (Shawn) of Big Rock, Jessica Caudill (Travis) of Feds Creek, Mark Reynolds (Kathleen) of Charlotte, Kelli Farmer (Brandon) of Pikeville, Kyle Reynolds (Courtney) of Phoenix, Isabella Keene of Pikeville and William Keene of Pikeville, Kentucky.; and his brother Monroe (Shirley) of Dayton. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
