He is survived by: his wife Bessie "Davis" Justice; his children, Dianna Frasure (Kenneth) of Pikeville, KY, Dennis Wayne Justice of Pikeville, KY and Jefferey Lee Justice of Winchester, KY; his siblings, Lassie Cool, Frona Bevins, Glema Sue Kunz (Roger), Bobby C. Justice (Barbara) of Pikeville, KY and Kenneth Darrell Justice; his grandchildren, Kelli Justice, Amber Coleman, Kayla Ray and Anthony Bingham; and his great grandchildren, Ian Boggs of Elijah and Boggs. He is also survived by two step daughters, and two step grandchildren.
