He was predeceased by: his father Felix Combs; his sister Christina "Tiny" Slone; his father-in-law Charles Jacobs; and his brother-in-law Jamie Jacobs. He is survived by: his mother Ellen Slone Jacobs; his children, Corey Combs, Charla Keene (Jason), Jhonda Combs, MaKeila Taylor (Brayden) and Brooke Combs; his sisters, Sharon Ritchie, Christa Slone and Vivian Fry; his close friends, Merritt and Missy Slone; his niece Ashley Combs; his grandchildren, Jace Keene, Lauren Keene, Jaxon Ritchie and Walker Taylor; and his mother-in-law Geveda Jacobs.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Hindman Chapel (125 Parks Rd, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
In Lieu of flowers family has requested donations can be made to the funeral home toward final funeral expenses.
