She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Dages and Claudine Dages; her husband Joseph E. Wheat; her siblings, Marietta, Lulamae, Doris, Christine, Joe, Vincent, Robert, Claude, Charles and Andrew; and her granddaughter Michelle.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Waters (Jim) of Louisville, Brenda Closset (Lin) of Defiance, OH, Patty McGinty of Louisville and Dana Eckert (Matt) of Louisville; her siblings, Emery Dages, Anne Wheat, Eleanora Druen and Regina Heibert; her grandchildren, Valerie, Allison, Abby, Kelsey, Courtney, Kyle, KeiLi and Kraig; her great grandchildren, Jessica, Sydney, Daniel, Will, Jay, Madison, Tate, Alex, Leo and Lillia; and her great great grandchild Adalee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
