He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paschal and Ruth Burnett Arnett of Mayfield, Kentucky.. He is survived by: his wife Wanda L. Arnett; and his sons, W. Dale Arnett and James B. Arnett. He is also survived by two grandchildren; 10 nieces; and eight nephews.
