She was predeceased by: her son Phillip; her husband Ralph W. Amburgy; her parents, Lennox Prater and Rosalie Prater; her siblings, Lilly, Buddy, Elmer, Clarence, Mary and Louise; her daughter Sharon; her granddaughter Patricia; and her great grandchild Kimmy.
She is survived by: her children, David, Glenn, Bruce, Pamela and Carol. She is also survived by 16 grand-children, 40 great-grand-children and 29 great-great-grandchildren.
