As Thomas John departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Thomas John. Though Thomas John may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Evans and Marguerite Evans; and his sister Mary Evans. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Evans; and his children, Todd Evans (Diane), Ashley Wood (Duane), Denny Martin (Vickie) and John Childress (Dana). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schmid Funeral Home (9500 Hwy 44 E, Mt Washington, KY 40047). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
