He is survived by: his wife Gladys; his children, Roy Wayne Clemons, Jr. (Vickie) of Russell Springs, James Clemons of Jacksonville, Florida and Teresa Beard (Bill) of Russell Springs, Kentucky; his sisters, Maryann Wilkins of Elkmont and Genon Putnam (Keith) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Elizabeth McMullen (Jacob), Samantha Cheek (Nathan), Ella Clemons and Mya Clemons; his great grandchildren, Jaxton, Harper, Maddie, Peyton and Emma; his children, Laura Mattingly Karyn Rodemann (Ben Carnes) and Travis Kelley; and his grandchildren, William Robinson (Haley), Garland Kelley (Tessa), Alex Bailey (Tyler), Joshua Kelley, Carlie Marie Robinson, Alice Mendosa, Layleigh Robinson, Quincy Robinson, Gwendolyn Bailey and Emilia Bailey.
