He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Green Moore and Ina Mae Moore (Pennington); his wife Brenda Sue Moore; and his sister Ruby Gittings. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Moore (Karen) and Roy Moore Jr. (Stephen Mattingly); his siblings, Rayvon Moore and Elsie Robertson (Sam); his sister-in-law Linda Palmer; his nephews, Cary Shaw (Laurel Atcher), Tony Scott, Eric Scott, Roger Gittings and Ryan Gittings; his niece Deronda Scott (Danny); and his close friend Baxter.
