She is survived by: her children, Jeff Hazelip (Valerie), Doreen Langley (Don) and David Hazelip; her godson John Crager; her grandchildren, Josh Langley (Jamie), Andy Hazelip (Rachel) and Katie Shults (Michael); her great grandchildren, Natalie, Stephen, Eleanor, Matthew, Stella, Benjamin, Elsie, Cyrus and Johanna; and her siblings, Nancy Schofield (Ron), Wanda Yarbrough and Jackie Penrod.
