He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Ruppel and Mabel Ruppel (Bradburn); and his brother Arthur Brumitt. He is survived by: his wife Donna Ruppel; and his daughters, Stacey Howard (Jeff), Kerri Ruppel (Steven) and Alfie. He is also survived by his dog; his wonderful neighbors.
