He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Edgar "Butch" Rash and Michael Smothers; and his cousin Karleigh Jo Delmenhorst. He is survived by: his parents, Tabitha Smothers and Kevin Smothers (Scotty); his siblings, Asa, Alayna and Alec; his grandmothers, Madena Porter and Yvonda Rash; his great-grandparents, Alice Bandy and Gladys Smothers; his aunts, Stacy Delmenhorst (John), Tashia McDonald (Patrick) and Tiffany Moore (Jesse); and his cousins, Maddison, David, Lilly and Jeremiah.
