He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen Ballard Napier; his parents, Ruby Claire Masden Napier and Walter Lee Napier; and his brother W. A. Napier. He is survived by: his daughters, Toni Dorris (Greg), Pam Crumbacker (Tim) and Julie Stepp (Chip); his grandchildren, Leslie Dorris, Ashley Byerley (Kevin), Amy Edwards (Joe) and Todd Crumbacker (Samantha); and his great grandchildren, Casey, Easton, Ava Claire, Oliver, Hudson and Emma.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Southeast Christian Church (220 Armstrong Ln, Mt Washington, KY 40047). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to support the ministries of the SECC Bullitt County Campus.
