He is survived by: his wife Betty Foster; his children, Cindy Monroe (Roger) and Larry Foster; and his stepdaughters, Sheila Weber (Jack) and Debbie Widener (Mike). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
