He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Vilums (Kevin) and Ryan Burks (Patrick); his mother Margaret Byrd; his stepchildren, Todd Miller (Terri) and Shannon Walker; his siblings, Susan Perkins (Barry), Joy Cesnik (Dave), Eddie Lampe, Bart Lampe (Cindy), Jeff Lampe (Shelley) and Charlie Lampe (Colleen); and his grandchildren, Devan Combs, Hope Combs, Chace Burks, Heaven Miller, Maya Combs, Konnor Middleton, Karlie Walker, Chrissy Miller, Sophie Vilums, Keaton Walker, Patrick Burks and Andrew Burks.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schmid Funeral Home (9500 Hwy 44 E, Mt Washington, KY 40047). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at the Highland Memory Gardens (279 Landis Ln, Mt Washington, KY 40047).
