He is survived by: his brother Jamie; his parents, Charles "Charlie" Ray, Sr. and Jamie Marie Collins; his brother Charles "Ray" Collins, Jr.; and his great-grandparents, Ernie Bidwell and Norma Collins.

Justin is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Dom and Dale (Nonnie) Donatello, James Collins, Charles and Mary Heines, Ellen Bidwell, Jack and Shirley Lege, and Lula Mae Bass Michael.
