Washington; his stepdaughter Brya-Ane Tindell (Daniel) of Tylorsville, KY; his siblings, Joel Clark Mize (Judy) of Louisville, Salem "Sam" Mize (Jackie) of Naperville, Judy Branston (Trevor) of England, Patty Mize Morse (John) of Somerset, Mickey Wilson (John) of Somerset, Korbyn Michael Mize and Caysen Bruce Mize; and his aunt Ann Ford Cobb of Louisville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
