It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Floyd Crenshaw (Mount Washington, Kentucky), who passed away on January 24, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Crenshaw and Wanda Crenshaw; and his siblings, Freddie Crenshaw, Betty Worman and Doris Tindle.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Crenshaw; his children, Denise Williams (Chris) and Chris Crenshaw (Leighana); his siblings, Charles, Leonard Crenshaw (Kathy), Nancy Humphrey and Mabel Warrenburg (Jim); his grandchildren, Ethan (Bailey), Molly, Hallie (Zach), Raegan (Cole) and Pierce; and his great grandchildren, Elsie and Maven. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home (111 N Bardstown Rd, Mt Washington, KY 40047). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at the Highland Memory Gardens (279 Landis Ln, Mt Washington, KY 40047).
