He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Pauline Barnett Kendrick; his daughter Jackie Theis; his parents, Monte Kendrick and Ida Denny Kendrick; and his siblings, Harold, Waldo, Monte, William, Teddy, Milton Kendrick, Caroline Lockwood and Janet Kleinstuber.
He is survived by: his children, Monna Jean (Brett Rogers), Stephen (Terry), David, Michael and Philip Kendrick; his sisters, Betty Arnold and Delores Decamillis; his grandchildren, Travis, Whitney, Lee, Michael, Jared and Caroline; and his great grandchild Taylor Theis.
