She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Alvin and Evelyn Brumley Tinsley; her husband Darrell Dickey; and her brother Donald Tinsley. She is survived by: her brother Bobby Tinsley; her sister-in-law Betty Tinsley; her nieces and nephews, Margie Jones (Don), Dana Henderson, Dawn Heil, Dan Tinsley (Barb), Dianna Sego (Wendell), Vandy Culver (Roy) and Betty Durden (Bobby); and her close friend Jennifer Harris.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Highland Memory Gardens (279 Landis Ln, Mt Washington, KY 40047). A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at the same location.
