It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Heather Denise Nakos of Mount Washington, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Fred, Clara Jupin, John and Margaret Smith. She is survived by: her husband Philip Nakos; her children, Tiffany Roark, Cody Roark (Michaela), Hallie Thomas and Isabelle Nakos; her grandchildren, Gabriel, Connor Willis and Willow Roark; her parents, Jerry Smith and Carolyn Smith; her sister Amy Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Ashley Lewis, Jessica Curtsinger (Harley), Tyler Matherly and Anthony Matherly. She is also survived by her family and friends.
