She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ules and Mary Ursula Newton Riggs; her husband Michael D. Flannery; and her siblings, Betty Sue Riggs, Mary Theresa Fox, Thomas Harold Riggs, Sr., James Russell Riggs, James Walter Riggs, Beulah Burgin, Bernadine Smith, Joe Cyril Riggs, Joseph David Riggs and Infant Timmy Riggs.
She is survived by: her son Victor Barnett; her grandchildren, Peyton Barnett and Trevor King; and her sister Fay Smith of Fayetteville, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kraft Funeral Service (2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kraft Funeral Service & Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park (2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, IN 47150).
