She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ules and Mary Ursula Newton Riggs; her husband Michael D. Flannery; and her siblings, Betty Sue Riggs, Mary Theresa Fox, Thomas Harold Riggs, Sr., James Russell Riggs, James Walter Riggs, Beulah Burgin, Bernadine Smith, Joe Cyril Riggs, Joseph David Riggs and Infant Timmy Riggs.
She is survived by: her son Victor Barnett; her grandchildren, Peyton Barnett and Trevor King; and her sister Fay Smith of Fayetteville, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
