He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Lee and Jessie Thompson; and his sister Jo Lynn Scott. He is survived by: his brother Terry Thompson (Susan); his brother-in-law Dennis Scott; his nieces, Heather Thomas, Andrea Eyle (James) and Amber Thompson; and his nephew Dax Scott. He is also survived by 5 great nieces and nephews.
