She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Shoulders; and her sister Margaret Duffy. She is survived by: her children, Dewaine Shoulders (Susie) and Tammy Jordan (Steve Moody); and her siblings, Audrey Cox, Harold Graybeal (Gail) and Carl Graybeal (Wanda). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her name to Hosparus of Louisville.
