He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Metcalf and Eva Louise Metcalf. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Rouse Metcalf; his siblings, Gary W. Metcalf (Sherry) and Karen M. Nance (Roy); his nieces and nephews, Bryan Metcalf, Robyn Cook, Amy Nance Snow and Adam Nance; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, William, Camille, Bec, Lucas, Chloe, Jackson Nance, Anna, Amelia Cook, Jaida, Zailey Snow and Aaliyah Simpson.
