She is survived by: her husband Ronald Lewis; her children, Renee Frashure (Elbert), Velta Mallaley and James Ronald Lewis (Jenette); and her siblings, Laverne Skinner, Larry Brown and Karen McKenzie.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Resthaven (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Arch L. Heady (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218).
