He is survived by: his wife Karen Kuhn; his children, Rebecca Edwards (Roger Wynn), April Shattuck (Scott), Gregory Kuhn, Michael Kuhn (Samantha) and Lee Calvert, III (Charlotte); and also Doris Keiningham.
