He was predeceased by: his father David Theodore Green, Jr.; and his father-in-law Joe Calhoun. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Esther Marshall Green; his wife Debbie Green; his children, David T. Greeson (Lowell) of Louisville, KY, Andrew Scott Green of Mt. Washington and Heather Elizabeth-Ann Thomas (Branden) of Reno, NV; his mother-in-law Pat Calhoun of Bakersfield, CA; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanmarie Goff (Ed) of Bakersfield, Cindy Horton of Bakersfield and Brenda Ford of Bakersfield. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 sisters; 1 Brother.
