He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Ann Loy. He is survived by: his children, Vickie Ralston (Jerry), Lisa McCubbins (Duwaine) and Barry Loy (Marilyn); his grandchildren, Tiffany Jones (Bill), Natalie Hawkins (Eric), Jason Ralston, Leanne Goucker (Tim), Desaree Luke (Jason) and Breanna Embry (Dustin); and his stepgrandchildren, Rick Brown (Alana), Brittany Wimsatt and Stephanie Barnett (Bobby). He is also survived by 26 great grandchildren.
