She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ules and Mary Ursula Newton Riggs; and her siblings, Mary Theresa Fox, Thomas Harold Riggs, Sr., James Russell Riggs, James Walter Riggs, Beulah Burgin, Bernadine Smith, Joe Cyril Riggs, Joseph David Riggs and Timmy Riggs.
She is survived by: her children, Angie Bryant (Shane) of Mount Washington, Tony Whelan and Marty Whelan of Louisville; and her sisters, Grace Flannery of Mount Washington and Fay Smith of Fayetteville, Ohio.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
