It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvonne Carmack of Mount Vernon, Kentucky, born in Brodhead, Kentucky, who passed away on February 5, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy, Jr. Carmack and Helen Bishop Carmack; her stepfather Billy Gene Renner; her brother Charles Dean Carmack; and her grandparents, Luther, Sallie Bishop, Charlie and Stella Carmack.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Hope Sturgill (Donnie) of Mt. Vernon and Jennifer M. Durham (Austin) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Emily Grace Sturgill and Jasper Lane Durham; her brothers, Daniel Ray Carmack of Mt. Vernon and James Dale Carmack of Mt. Vernon; and her nieces and nephews, Stephanie Hines (Scottie), Cheyenne Haste (Matt), Haddon, Anna, Adeline Haste, Jasmin Johnson, Isaiah, Randall Johnson, Kellen Carmack (Tori), Danny Ross Carmack, Katie Brown (Brad), Layne, Riley Brown, Allison Hemsley (Jordan) and Asher Hemsley.
