He is survived by: his significant other Karen Stallsworth; his children, Sarah Smith (Doug) of Brodhead and Daniel Martin (Ashleigha) of Mt. Vernon; his grandchildren, Dawson Martin, Tyson Johnson, Colten Johnson, Mystic Martin, Sawyer Smith, Sutton Smith and Harley Martin; and his brother Walter "Butch" Martin of Texas.
