He was predeceased by: his parents, William Delbert and Hazel Cromer (Roberts); and his siblings, Dallas, Delbert Gene, James Cromer, Joan Mayfield, Sybil Cromer and Ruth Cromer.
He is survived by: his wife Dooley Cromer; his children, Cindy Johnson (Gary) of Mt. Vernon and Gail Cromer (Tim Philpot) of Mt. Vernon; his stepdaughters, Lois Abrams of Mt. Vernon and Lisa Abney (Chris) of Mt. Vernon; and his siblings, Dean, Donny Cromer, Sylvia Kirby, Helen Cromer and Patsy Wallin.
