It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virgie Kelley of Mount Vernon, Kentucky, who passed away on December 2, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walter and Stella Furmon Morris; her husband Harold Kelley; and her siblings, Pauline Hammond, Dorothy Renner, Fred Morris and Linzie Morris.

She is survived by: her children, Carol Sue Owens (Norman) of Mt. Vernon, Harold Timothy Kelley (Brenda) of Mt. Vernon, Virginia Gail Bond (Nelson) of Mt. Vernon, James Michael Kelley (Caroline) of Florence and Kristi Kelley Hansel (Brian) of Brodhead; her sister Shirley Gilliam (Kenneth) of London; her brother-in-law Billy Kelley (Janice) of Independence; and her grandchildren, Chris Owens, Steven Owens, Jenny Hall, David Lovell, Dana Carter, Jordan Kelley, John Kelley, Brianna Davis and Jacob Hansel. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
